Three-Stage Standard Quality Inspection Workflow

IQC (Incoming Raw Material Inspection)

Before mass production, our QC team inspects all incoming fabrics, EVA foam, rigid paper, metal hardware, and printing inks. We audit supplier certificates and test color, texture, and environmental compliance indicators (REACH, EUDR, LFGB). All non-qualified raw materials will be returned to the suppliers.

IPQC (In-Process Patrol Inspection)

QC staff regularly patrol CNC sewing lines, printing workshops, and assembly stations. We monitor printing alignment, EVA cutting precision, zipper durability, and box tightness to prevent defective goods during mass production.

FQC (Final Finished-Goods Inspection)

We compare all finished products against your approved golden sample, testing size, surface finishing, and shock resistance. Formal QC inspection reports are available upon request.

Pre-Shipment Third-Party Inspection Support

We fully cooperate with your designated independent inspectors (SGS, Intertek, etc.) to complete on-site batch inspections before cargo shipment.
