Suitable raw materials and surface finishes determine your brand packaging’s texture, eco standards and unboxing experience. We will offer suitable solutions after reviewing your requirements.

What optional raw materials are available for custom beauty packaging?

Available materials include coated art paper, textured specialty paper, rigid grey board, recycled PU, transparent TPU, woven fabric, shock-resistant EVA, velvet lining, corrugated sheet and natural cork.

Recyclable, biodegradable and FSC-certified materials are available, complying with EUDR and PPWR regulations. We can provide all relevant certification documents.

Water-repellent and scratch-resistant surface finishes can be applied for travel-ready packaging and long-term shelf display.

Different material combinations for multiple packaging styles are supported within one production batch.

Our surface-treatment options include hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, silk-screen printing, spot UV coating, matte-film and glossy-film lamination.

Design & Artwork & Custom-Development Questions

You are not required to supply finished artwork. We support custom-shaped boxes, bespoke inner inserts and seasonal gift-set development based on your basic idea.

Can we develop a completely unique exclusive gift-packaging mould?

Custom-made moulds can be manufactured for unique-shaped packaging. Once the mould-development payment is settled, the mould belongs exclusively to your brand.

You may customise dimensions, outer shape, inner compartment layout, metal hardware, fabric texture, logo placement and all surface-finishing techniques.

Our designers generate formal renderings using your sketches, written ideas or reference photographs.

Basic design support is provided free of charge. Three complimentary revisions are permitted before sample making.

Vector-formatted AI, PDF, EPS and SVG files deliver optimal printing quality. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted for preliminary review.

We manufacture seasonal limited-edition packaging, including advent calendar boxes, heart-shaped gift carriers and PR packaging for brand-release campaigns.

MOQ, Pricing, Quotation & Payment Terms

The price for personalised beauty packaging varies depending on material, dimensions and surface finishing. Here are the major quotation-related concerns for your reference.

What is your minimum-order requirement for custom-made packaging?

Standard rigid-box projects start at 500 units. We negotiate smaller-batch trials for newly established brands.

Custom mould making, dedicated raw-material procurement and production-line setup generate fixed pre-production expenses.

We require packaging dimensions, selected materials, surface-finishing techniques, insert specifications, batch volume and your brand logo file.

One-time fees apply to all newly developed exclusive packaging moulds.

No further mould charges are needed as long as the packaging shape remains unchanged.

Tier-based pricing for multiple batch sizes can be provided for your budget planning.

We accept secure international bank transfers and qualified cross-border payment channels.

A pre-production deposit reserves raw materials and manufacturing resources. The remaining balance is settled before goods dispatch.

Samples, Proof Approval and Production Lead Time

Sample confirmation lowers your production-related risk. Our sample-checking solution adapts to your time limits, packaging complexity and quality standards.

What is your sample-approval rule before mass production?

Large-scale manufacturing will only commence once you approve the prototype sample.

Standard prototypes take 5–7 working days. Complex mould-driven packaging requires additional processing time.

Plain unmarked reference samples are available so you can inspect texture, hardware quality and construction.

Prototype sample expenses are deducted from your first-batch payment.

We revise samples as needed until the prototype satisfies all your specifications.

Standard manufacturing takes 20–60 working days, subject to project complexity and batch size. Priority production can be organised for time-sensitive seasonal brand launches.

Photos and videos can be used for preliminary checks. Physical samples are recommended for luxury-grade packaging projects.

Packaging, Shipping, Quality Control & After-Sales

We manage export packing, worldwide shipment and batch inspection. Check the information about logistics, quality inspection and post-order support.

How are goods packed for export and can I have custom shipping cartons?

Finished goods are secured with foam padding, bubble wrap and heavy-duty export cartons to prevent transit-related damage. Printed custom-brand export cartons are also available.

We arrange sea freight, air cargo and express delivery to destinations worldwide. Quoted product costs exclude freight expenses, and we provide separate logistics quotations. Buyers undertake local customs clearance and import tax obligations, while we prepare all required shipping and certification paperwork. You are also allowed to appoint your own freight forwarder for goods pickup at our warehouse.

Our inspection covers incoming-material screening, semi-finished-product spot checks and final-batch examination. Before shipment, we inspect dimension accuracy, printing quality, surface finish, insert fit and hardware performance. Inspection photos and short video clips can be shared for your reference.

When defective goods appear after receipt, send photographic evidence, and we will arrange reproduction and supplementary shipment. Re-orders for confirmed packaging designs are supported at any time. Minor print and surface-finish adjustments are permitted on repeat orders; new-shape redesigns will incur fresh mould-opening fees.
